• Gutiérrez Capital (€90/month or €900/year): Full access to published content, reports, and webinars.

• Gutiérrez Capital Premium (€2,500/year): All content from the above, plus monthly calls with the reporting team and occasional exclusive events.

2.2 Subscription Payments
By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Payments will be billed according to the subscription type (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Charged monthly, with recurring billing on the same date each month.

• Annual Subscriptions: Charged once annually, with a renewal date each year.

2.3 Billing and Renewals
By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your subscription fees. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, your subscription will automatically renew every month. If you subscribe to an annual plan, your subscription will renew each year unless canceled. We will notify you before your subscription renews.

2.4 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions.
